おかげさまで大好評のWeekly Special "Muracci's Spicy Noodles"ですが、
このイメージは日本でいうところのジャージャー麺です。
一般的にジャージャー麺は味噌を使い、ゆでたラーメンに甘辛い肉味噌をかけたものを言いますが、
ここはカレー屋さんなので、スパーシーソースには味噌ではなく、カレーが使われています。
さらに独特な隠し味も！！
この"Muracci's Spicy Noodles"のソースは基本的に辛く味付けてありますが、さらにＭｉｌｄ，Ｍｅｄｅｕｍ，Ｈｏｔと
三種類の辛さをお好みでお選びいただけます。私にとってはそれ以上辛さを足さないＭｉｌｄでも十分辛いですが。。
そしてもう一点、+$1.00でお豆腐を加えることができます。
このお豆腐が入ると、マーボー豆腐みたいで、また一味違ったおいしさです。
"Muracci's Spicy Noodles"は７月１０日（金）までです。

Have you ever tried Weekly Special "Muracci's Spicy Noodles"?
This image came from "Ja-Ja-men(noodles)" in Japan(This food is similar to Chinese food).
In general, miso is the essential for Ja-ja-men(noodles) and it is sweet&spicy combination,
but as here is the curry restaurant, we use curry sauce for this food instead of miso.
Moreover, adds a secret taste from Japanese ingredients.
You can choose the spiciness from Mild, Medium and Hot for "Muracci's Spicy Noodles".
Although, for me, Mild is enough spicy since the meat is already prepared as spicy before
it mixed with the curry sauce.
One more thing, you can add Tofu for $1.00. In this way, the taste would a bit different from the original one,
and this is also good! Please try our special with Tofu☆
